Cancellation is separate from statutory withdrawal
The 24-hour cancellation deadline and restriction on rescheduling do not limit applicable statutory withdrawal rights. A fixed appointment date alone is not treated as proof that no withdrawal right exists.
Complete before launch
The actual service must be assessed to determine whether a statutory withdrawal right applies. If it does, provide the full period, starting point, process, effects, recipient details and model withdrawal form. Any required request for early performance must be handled separately; accepting the terms is not a substitute.
Any electronic withdrawal function required for the live contract must be set up and tested, including accessibility, confirmation and durable acknowledgement. It must not be blocked by the 24-hour cancellation cutoff. No contracts or withdrawals are submitted through this preview.
