Terms & booking conditions

1. Provider and scope

These draft terms cover individual Maks Bodywork appointments. The contracting provider is Maksym Rudiuk (Maks Bodywork), Dessauerstraße 7, 42119 Wuppertal, Deutschland. Contact details will be completed in the legal notice. Renting a treatment room does not by itself make the salon operator the contracting provider.

2. Booking and price

First select Cologne or Bochum, then a treatment, duration and released appointment. The final review shows the service, address, date, duration, contact details and total price. You can correct your entries before submitting. The live booking button explicitly indicates an obligation to pay. This preview creates no contract.

The exact contract-acceptance process, confirmation message, payment methods, due date and applicable tax information must be completed before launch. A receipt acknowledgement must be distinguished from an accepted appointment. Each booking is for one appointment, not a subscription. The break between customers does not extend the paid massage duration.

3. Cancellation deadline

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment starts. The cancellation must be received by that deadline. Use the customer area or the contact address published in the legal notice; mandatory statutory communication rights remain unaffected. The period is 24 elapsed hours. Appointment times are shown in Europe/Berlin.

4. No rescheduling

Existing appointments cannot be moved or rescheduled. For a different appointment, cancel within the 24-hour deadline and make a new booking from the available times. A replacement appointment is not reserved automatically.

5. Late cancellation and non-attendance

Regular online cancellation is no longer available after the deadline. Please still inform us if you cannot attend. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment starts or do not attend, 50% of the amount already paid will be retained as a cancellation charge and 50% will be refunded to the original payment method. You may provide evidence that no loss, or a substantially smaller loss, was incurred. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Statutory rights and privacy

The deadline and rescheduling restriction do not limit any applicable statutory withdrawal or other mandatory rights. Read the separate withdrawal information. A cancellation by the provider must be handled separately; a new appointment cannot be imposed on you.

The privacy notice describes booking and customer data. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing or external Instagram content.
