1. Website under construction

This website runs on WordPress hosted by STRATO. Customer bookings and payments are not yet enabled, and Instagram is not connected. Technical connection data may already be processed when visiting the site; account and form data may be processed on the server when these features are used. These draft notices will be completed against the final configuration.

3. Planned live booking data

The planned system processes account association, first and last names, email, optional phone number, location, treatment, appointment time, duration, price and an optional practical comment to arrange and carry out appointments. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is a relevant basis for necessary contract processing. Mandatory and optional fields are distinguished. If the optional comment includes information about allergies, pregnancy, surgery, cancer or other contraindications, it is health data. Such information is processed only to assess and safely perform the booked massage, and the required explicit consent is recorded during booking. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. The massage cannot be performed where necessary clarification is unavailable.

4. Terms and cancellations

The live system should retain the applicable terms version and the time and booking association of acceptance, together with booking and cancellation status. The 24-hour deadline and no-rescheduling rule are contractual conditions, not data-processing consent. Their documentation supports contract administration and, where applicable, proof of legitimate claims. Exact legal bases, retention periods and any balancing of interests must be established before launch.

5. Systems and recipients

The planned services are WordPress hosted by STRATO, the custom booking module and WooCommerce for appointments and an email provider still to be selected. Actual recipients, processing agreements, hosting locations, logs, security measures, payment services and possible international transfers must be documented from the final configuration.

6. Reviews and Instagram

A separate permission covers publication of a submitted public name, rating and review text after moderation. Instagram is not connected. A future weekly feed requires specific information about server-side API access, local media copies, deletion periods and any external players. Booking does not require consent to Instagram.

7. Retention and rights

Specify storage and deletion periods for accounts, appointments, correspondence, records of permission, logs and billing data, subject to legal duties. Where applicable, individuals can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may have objection rights. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. Add the contact and competent supervisory authority.
